Visit to Zambia

December 14, 2014

LLH volunteers visited Ndola for two weeks. We lived in the village and had close contact with the neighbours, taking away all barriers. We truly experienced that “there are no strangers in this world.” Every day when we walked to the school that we sponsored, we met different people on the street, and we would kindly greet each other. We discussed with the teachers and the supervisors about our services for the new term, including weekly snack distribution. Although it is just a small amount of food, this is the students’ highlight of the week.
